    Virtual, Telephone, and MyChart encounters: There have been changes to insurance guidelines, we may be billing your insurance for telemedicine encounters ("Virtual Visits"), telephone calls, and electronic conversations via MyChart with our physicians. Benefits related to these services vary by insurance company and you may be responsible for copay, coinsurance and deductible amounts.

    Starting 4/5/2021, you will see parts of your medical record available in MyChart, including test results and clinical notes written by healthcare providers who care for you/your child. As always, your medical team will be able to address any questions you have about your care.
